About So Free
What is hidden can be brought into the light.
So Free Ministry grew out of a very personal process: learning that loving Jesus and knowing Scripture did not mean I had no deeper work left to do.
“Whatever you tell me stays with me.”
Confidentiality is not a promise made lightly. It is part of the safety of honest ministry.

Cynthia’s story
I know what it is to reach the end of your own answers.
I have been in ministry for more than 25 years. But there was a season when the life I had built fell apart. After my 17-year marriage collapsed, I fell apart mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I began rebuilding by reading Scripture and running after God. I learned, served, prayed, and kept going. Then I hit a wall. I could not understand why I still struggled in the same places when I was doing everything I knew to do.
Until the Lord began to reveal what was hidden underneath. That process became the heart of So Free: a way of making space for truth, prayer, forgiveness, belief transformation, and the places where spiritual doors may need to be closed.
I do not promise a formula or a guaranteed result. I do promise to listen, to seek the Lord, and to walk carefully with you through the process.
There is more than survival.
Why this ministry
So Free is not a replacement for discipleship.
It is meant to remove the obstacles that make discipleship hard to receive and live out. The goal is not dependence on a person or a ministry. The goal is greater freedom to walk with Jesus in ordinary, daily life.
Scripture first
The Bible is authoritative, practical, and central to how we understand the work.
Whole-person care
Wounds, beliefs, patterns, forgiveness, and spiritual barriers are often connected.
A private space
Whatever you tell me stays with me. Confidentiality makes honest participation possible.
Clear boundaries
Dean assists with ministry to men and couples. Cynthia does not minister to a man alone.
