Questions, answered plainly

You do not have to guess what this is.

Here are the questions people most often ask before deciding whether to book a Coffee & Chat.

What makes someone a good fit?

A good fit genuinely wants change, is willing to participate, will do the preparation, and is willing to examine her own beliefs and choices. She is willing to forgive, open to being challenged, willing to take responsibility for her part, believes Scripture is authoritative, is open to the Holy Spirit working today, and wants more than temporary relief. You do not need everything figured out — you do need to be willing to participate.

Who might not be a good fit?

Someone looking for psychotherapy or mental-health treatment, someone who does not want Christian ministry, or someone who rejects a biblical or Holy Spirit-led approach may not be a fit. It may also not be right for someone who wants another person to change but will not examine themselves, wants only surface-level advice, or is unwilling to address known destructive patterns or participate.

What does it cost?

$2,500 for the private Whole-Life Intensive, including the five-session process, preparation, and related ministry support.

Why an intensive instead of weekly one-hour sessions?

The issues are often interconnected, and the work benefits from concentrated, unhurried time. The intensive gives us room to prepare, listen, pray, address what is connected, and follow up thoughtfully.

What about confidentiality?

Whatever is shared stays private. Confidentiality is a foundational part of creating space for honest participation.

Do you minister to men and couples?

Yes. Dean assists when ministry is provided to men or couples. Cynthia does not minister to a man alone. Couples begin with a joint introductory session, continue with individual ministry sessions, and finish with a joint final session.

Is this a replacement for church or discipleship?

No. So Free is not a replacement for discipleship. It is intended to remove the obstacles that can make discipleship difficult to receive and live out.

How do I know whether this is appropriate for me?

A discovery call helps us talk about what is happening, what you have tried, what continuing the same way is costing, what you want to change, and whether So Free is appropriate for you.

Still wondering?

A conversation can help you decide.
